Better acoustics and finish quality than the hyped Littmann series.
No reason to overpay for Littmann.
Comparable to Littman Cardiology II series in acoustics but without the high price. Would not be fair to compare acoustics to Littman Classic as it (Littman Classic) is not a binaural stethoscope.

I bought this Prestige Clinical Cardiology stethescope because I wanted a good stethescope for a decent price and this doesn't dissapoint. I was a little bit weary and a little bit scared that I would be very dissapointed since this doesn't have the name Littman on it, but dont be afraid to get this. For the price it is such a bargin compared to littman. I used my girlfriends Littman Classic II as a comparison and boy does this stethoscope blow it out of the water. The clarity of this stethoscope compared to the littman is unprecedented. I listened to my dad's murmur with this stethescope and boy could you hear it with such clarity. The volume of this stethescope is also very loud. Dont be afraid to buy this stethescope, with the price and the quality you can't go wrong.

Edit: Also it comes with a pediatric diaphragm that you can easily change so that you can still retain the bell function

a good scope
I am a current nursing student and I always had trouble hearing lung sounds and finding my pt.'s PMI using my cheap stethoscope so I decided to buy a better one. I didnt want to spend too much money but i didnt want to invest in something that would eventually need replacing due to poor quality. I was hesitant on this one because it wasn't a littmann but after an hour of research I bought it and I am very happy with my purchace. It is very good I recommend this scope espcially for the price tag!
